3.1 Amazon Web Services

To host our website and display the page content, we use the system of the following provider: Amazon Web Services, Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109, USA

All data collected on our website is processed on the provider's servers. We have concluded an order processing contract with the provider that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

For the transmission of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), which are intended to ensure compliance with the Swiss data protection level.

3.2 Wix

For hosting our website and displaying the page content, we use the system of the following provider: Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (“Wix”)

3.3 Google Cloud CDN

We use a content delivery network from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland

This service enables us to deliver large media files such as graphics, page content or scripts more quickly via a network of regionally distributed servers. The processing is carried out to protect our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

We have concluded an order processing contract with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

4) Cookies

We do not need to obtain your separate consent for this. The data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising. If you have initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the person responsible named at the beginning. 10) Data processing for order processing

10.1 Transmission of image files for order processing by email

On our website, we offer customers the opportunity to request the personalization of products by sending image files via email. The submitted image motif is used as a template for personalizing the selected product.

The customer can send us one or more image files from the memory of the device used via the email address provided on the website. We then record, save and use the files transmitted in this way exclusively for the production of the personalized product in accordance with the respective service description on our website. If the transmitted image files are passed on to special service providers for the production and processing of the order, you will be explicitly informed of this in the following paragraphs. No further transfer takes place. After the order has been processed, the transmitted image files will be automatically and completely deleted.

10.2 The personal data we collect will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment details to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for the payment processing. Name, address and, if applicable, other personal data will be passed on to the provider for the purpose of processing the online order. Your data will only be passed on if this is actually necessary for processing the order. The provider is also used for accounting. The provider processes incoming and outgoing invoices and, if applicable, our company's bank transactions in order to automatically record invoices, match them to transactions and use this to create financial accounting in a partially automated process.

10.4 Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers

10.5 Use of payment service providers (payment services)

Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method “Apple Pay” from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment will be processed using the “Apple Pay” function on your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by charging a payment card stored with “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code that you have previously specified and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function on your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Google Pay

16) Rights of the data subject

The applicable data protection law grants you the following data subject rights (rights to information and intervention) vis-à-vis the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data, whereby reference is made to the legal basis stated for the respective conditions for exercising them:

Right to information according to Art. 25 DSG
Right to data disclosure or transfer in accordance with Art. 28 DSG
Right to rectification according to Art. 32 para. 1 DSG

17) Duration of storage of personal data

The duration for which personal data is stored is determined based on the respective legal basis, the purpose of the processing and – if applicable – also on the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under the law of obligations).

When personal data is processed on the basis of an explicit consent, the data concerned will be stored until you withdraw your consent.

If there are statutory retention periods for data, this data will be retained for the legally stipulated period.

Furthermore, personal data will be processed as long as you do not expressly prohibit the processing, unless we can prove an overriding interest in further processing within the meaning of Art. 31 Para. 2 DSG or a justification under the law.
