On our website, you can create a customer account or register using the social plug-in “Facebook Connect” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quay, Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”), using the so-called single sign-on technology if you have a Facebook profile. You can recognize the social plug-ins of “Facebook Connect” on our website by the blue button with the Facebook logo and the inscription “Log in with Facebook” or “Connect with Facebook” or “Log in with Facebook” or “Sign in with Facebook”.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged into Facebook.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
By using this "Facebook Connect" button on our website, you also have the option of logging in or registering on our website using your Facebook user data. Only if you give your express consent prior to the registration process based on a corresponding notice about the exchange of data with Facebook, we will receive the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile when you use the "Facebook Connect" button from Facebook, depending on your personal data protection settings on Facebook. This information includes the user ID, name, profile picture, age and gender.
We would like to point out that following changes to Facebook's data protection and terms of use, your profile pictures, your friends' user IDs and your friends list may also be transferred if you give your consent if they have been marked as "public" in your privacy settings on Facebook. The data transmitted by Facebook is stored and processed by us to create a user account with the necessary data, if you have given your consent to do so on Facebook (title, first name, last name, address details, country, email address, date of birth). Conversely, we may transfer data (e.g. information about your surfing or purchasing behavior) to your Facebook profile based on your consent.
The consent given can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the person responsible named at the beginning of this declaration.
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please see Facebook's privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins using add-ons for your browser, e.g. with "Adblock Plus" ( https://adblockplus.org/de/ ).

You can recognise the Google login function on our website by the button “Sign in with Google”, “Sign in with Google account” or “Sign in with Google”.
When you visit a page on our website that contains a Google login function, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers. The content of the login button is sent directly to your browser by Google and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Google receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a Google profile or are not currently logged in to Google.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Google server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
These data processing operations are carried out on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising based on surfing behavior.

This information includes the user ID, name, profile picture, age and gender.
We would like to point out that following changes to Google's privacy policy and terms of use, your profile pictures, your friends' user IDs and your friends list may also be transferred if you give your consent if these have been marked as "public" in your privacy settings on Google. The data transmitted by Google is stored and processed by us to create a user account with the necessary data (title, first name, last name, address details, country, email address, date of birth) if you have given Google permission to do so. Conversely, we can transfer data (e.g. information about your surfing or purchasing behavior) to your Google profile based on your consent.

10.5 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method “Apple Pay” from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment will be processed using the “Apple Pay” function on your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by charging a payment card stored with “Apple Pay”. Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code that you have previously specified and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” function on your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order, will be passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to process the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the source website to confirm the payment was successful.
If personal data is processed during the transmissions described, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can turn off the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone's settings. Go to Wallet & Apple Pay and turn off Allow Payments on Mac.

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only starts saving user information when the video(s) is played. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account when you click on a video. Regardless of whether the embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is accessed, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

13.1 This website uses Goldbach Audience, a web advertising service of Goldbach Audience, Seestrasse 39, CH-8700 Küsnacht, Switzerland ("Goldbach Audience"). Goldbach Audience uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive and enable recognition, but do not allow you to be identified personally.
The advertising on the websites marketed by Goldbach Audience is optimized for you and tailored to your predicted interests through the anonymous collection and processing of your usage behavior. This benefits you as a user by receiving advertising that is more closely aligned with your areas of interest and is less randomly distributed overall.

13.2 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses “Google Marketing Platform”, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).
The service uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times.
In addition, the service can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a Google-based ad and later visits the advertiser's website using the same browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google, these cookies do not contain any personal information.
The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected through the use of this tool by Google and therefore inform you according to our current level of knowledge: By integrating "Google Marketing Platform", Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address.
If you wish to object to participation in this tracking process, you can deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, although this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can find out more about the setting of cookies and make settings for this at the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
For the transmission of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), which are intended to ensure compliance with the Swiss data protection level.

13.3 Getback
This website uses Getback, a conversation optimization technology from adfocus GmbH, Theilerstrasse 7, 6300 Zug in Switzerland.
With the help of Getback, we are able to specifically address users based on their usage behavior on our website and thus, for example, remind them of forgotten orders, point out special offers or allow users to have their shopping cart sent to them by email. The approach is based on a cookie-based analysis of previous usage behavior. For this purpose, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device in order to record pseudonymized data about your usage behavior and thus adapt shop ads individually to the stored information.
For orders placed in connection with Getback, the order number, the voucher code (if used), the products including the value in the shopping cart are recorded. Getback also records the operating system and browser used, as well as the IP address used.
If the information collected is personal, the processing is carried out based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes,
You can permanently deactivate the setting of cookies for advertising preferences by setting your Internet browser so that no more cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or by deleting cookies that have already been stored. However, deactivating all cookies may mean that some functions on our website can no longer be carried out.
For more information about Getback's technology, please see the Getback privacy policy at: https://www.getback.app/about/privacy/
13.4 Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (small invisible graphics) to collect information that allows simple actions such as visitor traffic to be recorded, collected, and analyzed. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of the website is generally transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States; this may also involve transmission to Google LLC servers in the United States.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other data held by Google. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
We have concluded an order processing contract with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

13.5 Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an Ads ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
We have concluded an order processing contract with the provider, which ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For the transmission of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), which are intended to ensure compliance with the Swiss data protection level.

Cookies are used for this evaluation; these are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the website visitor's Internet browser. This means that it cannot be linked to a person.

Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. This may also result in data being transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", which ensures that the IP address is anonymized by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. This extension means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union. or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and shortened there.
In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google (Universal) Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

15) Tools and Others
15.1 Cookie Consent Tool
This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users when they visit the page in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking boxes. By using the tool, all cookies/services that require consent are only loaded if the respective user gives their consent by ticking the corresponding box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's respective device if consent has been given.
The tool uses technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed.
If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.
Furthermore, as the responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.

Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually represent geographical information. Using this service will show you our location and make it easier to find us.
As soon as you access the sub-pages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers and saved there. This may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC in the USA. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, but you must contact Google to exercise this right.
If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google when using Google Maps, you also have the option of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by disabling the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus the map display on this website cannot then be used.
For the transmission of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), which are intended to ensure compliance with the Swiss data protection level.
You can view Google's terms of use at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, and the additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html

If there are statutory retention periods for data, this data will be retained for the legally stipulated period.
